Rules for Blogging
It is so exciting to have the chance to share our thoughts and ideas about learning with others, but that also means that we need to do this responsibly. We have set up some rules so that everyone knows how to use this blog and a safe and secure way.
-
Student work will only be identified by first names. All comments should have first names only.
-
Any photos of students on the blog will be anonymous without any names connected to them.
-
Parents who leave comments are asked not to use last names either.
-
All comments submitted have to be approved by Mrs Humphries or Mrs Watts before they are included on the blog.
-
Proof-read your comments carefully. Think about what you are writing.
-
Comments should be kind and helpful and we treat each other’s thoughts and ideas with respect, just as we do in the classroom.
-
Currently only Mrs Humphries and Mrs Watts will have access to post things on the blog.
-
When writing a comment, always write in full sentences, with careful spelling, punctuation and grammar. Remember blogs can be read by anyone, they are not the place for ‘text talk’.
As long as you follow these guidelines, we should be able to have great fun exploring this different way of learning. Remember that no one else can be responsible for what you do or write on here, just you.
